Download Link Not Received.

Three nights ago I purchased the NE Classics 1st set, and did not receive an email containing a link, for whatever reason. Now, I've sent two emails to the vendor and have had no reply. Just checking to see if someone's around from this vendor. And before anybody tries to throw something unhelpful out there, I've checked my emails. I know about the return to merchant button on Paypal but did not see anything close to that after the purchase.
