Britkits smoke density and TS2013

Unread postby gwgardner » Wed Nov 21, 2012 11:50 pm

Is there some entry in a bin file for Britkits steam engines whereby I can reduce the smoke (particle?) density? In any view where I'm running directly in the path of smoke from the smokestack, my framerates drop to a crawl.

Don't let the smoke get in your eyes!! !*roll-laugh*!

Go into the particles folder and find the relevant stack bin file. That is the one to experiment with.

Thanks. Reducing the following factor from 500 down to 200 works great on my system, and still looks good.
