E8 / 9 released

Unread postby KCJones » Mon May 21, 2012 7:21 am

I suppose I should be doing this with a great fanfare of trumpets and all the flags flying!!!! !*don-know!*

I will do that on the video forum later. When I have negotiated the royalties with the actors. **!!bang!!**

But, Now the E8/9 is available (as some have already found out) There is a basic freeware version and a payware Xtra pack. Much the same format as the E7

So here is the thing. Because you did not announce the E8/9 with all the trimmings I was unable to buy the first copy (something I pride myself on... kinda... well its just fun to say) and Buzz beat me to it.

So now I am pouting (well not really, but I need some drama to this thread somehow).

Expect my wallet to come knocking in an hour or two.

!*cheers*!

Come on guys. Don't argue. There are plenty on the shelves. !!*ok*!!

I am having real trouble with the actor I am using for a promotional video. He won't sit in the E9 cab. Says he is in the wrong union !*hp*!

The E8 looks great, inside and out, but I can't figure out why it feels like the parking brake is on while going down the track. Seem to have to run it at a high idle to get it to go down the tracks.

As well, the E8 sounds great as well, and love that all the controls are animated, another one of your excellent creations.

Later when I start on my steam locomotive may I ask how you animated everything, including the windows to move by the touch of the mouse?

Just rev it up to notch 2 (if one is idle) and have patience. If it's on a level track after a few seconds it will start rolling.........at least mine does.
