For reasons unknown, the password for the extra pack isn't the same as before...

Hmm! It works OK for me here. Are you starting with a capital letter, then the rest lower case?

I think the zip file was somehow corrupted. I have re-uploaded it and it checks out fine now. For me anyway!!
