I clicked on the link you gave and it took me to a horse site.
What gives?

That's not really a horse site. It's the default page of the free hosting company (notice the 404: Page not Found at the top).
It could be that Dick has exceeded his monthly bandwidth limit and they've suspended his site until the 1st of next month, although I'm just guessing as to the reason why his site isn't available anymore.

It's not an ISP problem. Maybe Dick changed everything thing around, but you can get to his site using his HomePage then navigate to his various products from there. His RW steam stuff can be found Here
