A Departure (from locomotives)

Unread postby KCJones » Wed Apr 20, 2016 6:24 am

I have been playing around with static figures. Proper mesh animation is beyond my current technology.
Any one interested? I had thought of producing sets as in the model railway world. Passengers, Railway staff, Military personnel, etc.

This is a great idea, something that hasn't really been done and is very much needed to help increase the variation in both scenario creation and route building

Dick,

Fantastic idea. Something that has been long missing - era and locale apropriate people. With the new 1930's US NG route coming or the 1950's New Haven, it needs populating

**!!bow!!**

You can put me down for an apropriate vintage US set !!*ok*!!

!*cheers*!

I would request at least one modern day set. For those excursion trains that are still around.

I like this, many scenarios I run from the workshop lack 'life'.

I'd love to see some more people, really do need a late 50's greaser with his leather jacket and slick backed hair.

I wish there was a (simple) way to add my face and my friends to Railworks people.

I have tried to simplify these models The face is on the first texture file and is not distorted too much so I shouldn't be too difficult to use another face. Just align the eyes and mouth. Be aware though that the body colour comes from the same file. All the clothing colours come from the second texture file.
