Light 4-8-2 upgrade

It has been brought to my notice that the wheels of the light mountain's trailing truck do not revolve!!!!!!
This is a coding error in the bin file.
Line 225 should read:-
<BlueprintID d:type="cDeltaString">RailVehicles\USRA_4-8-2-L\Default\Bogies\Trailing_Truck.xml</BlueprintID>
