My "Twins" are hungry and I can't find a way to feed them!!! I can't load them in RW_Tools or in the RW scenario editor.
Both the engineer's and fireman's views indicate that they are out of coal and water. They'l run a short distance, say, from Dover to New Philidelphia in Ohio Steel but then they run out of steam and die.

Can anyone help?
Thanks
