I got the updated version of the USRA Light 2-8-2 by Britkits
but with one of the tenders I am getting an missing texture thing on the tender
and I installed the updated 2-8-2L correctly but I know why I am getting missing textures for the tender of the 2-8-2 light\

With the old 2-8-2 light I never had missing an missing texture with the usra tender

I explained patiently somewhere else on this subject that this isn't your old tender. I have no clue how you installed this but my experience is you can't have the old one and the new one in there at the same time. I suggest you uninstall the whole mess and then re-install the new version.

I installed it on the railworks utilities and then package manager and then clicking on install

I will take this opportunity to give a short lecture on forum discussion. When a person is trying to help out and that person asks a question, just answer the question don't start telling the person trying to help that you did everything right or even what you did. If you had it would be working. And don't tell the person who's trying to help that you followed the instructions exactly. Once in a while someone gives a bad instruction but it is rare so therefore you probably made a mistake. I make 'em all the time. The only difference is I have been at this long enough that when it doesn't work right I go "ah ha" i messed that up. The thing least done is after messing with a botched installation is to just start over.

To get this error you are seeing means, like Buzz said, you did not follow the instructions and uninstall the older version.

I have quite a lot of Dicky Jim's "stuff" and with every update, you MUST read the instructions, because not all require a complete removal and reinstall, but most do as they are totally new models.

Once again, with this sim and third party installs, it is the most important thing to read the instructions with each item you are trying to install. Because each item, from different creators, IS DIFFERENT. They all have their own method of doing things. Just because one repaint was done one way, it doesn't mean the next will be the same. Some it's an easy .rwp; some it's folders to copy or replace, files to add here or there. Steam, diesel, electric, rolling stock, assets, repaints, sound mods, physics mods, lighting mods, whatever it is. And, again, like Buzz said, if you mess up, just get rid of the entire lot and start fresh. Otherwise the original error, that you can't see because now you are frustrated and trying too hard, it's still there.

I hope you start to understand some of the process we are trying to teach you here, because quite a few have been trying to help, but you don't seem to be listening. Sooner or later, we'll all lose patience and no one will answer your questions.

The picture shows that it is not reading the digits.bin correctly. Believe it or not I've had this issue and I just need to remember what it was. Is it the 8K tender only?
