Is it true that you're planning to give us 50 grades of Shay?

Kind regards,

John M

I have a feeling I may be doing more modelling anyway. !*roll-laugh*! I've been ordered to take things more easy as I spent the last three days in the local cardiac unit plugged into what they call telemetry.
Now I have an excuse to sit quietly at the computer keyboard for longer stress free moments!!!!! !*hp*!

"Fifty shades of Shay" Isn't that a bit steamy? Not really my cup of tea though. I'm more into Gilbert and Sullivan operettas like The 2-8-2 or musicals like South 4-6-2. Or of course there is Julie Andrews in "The Sound of Music" singing Climb every 4-8-2 **!!bow!!**

Yes more ng rolling stock are in the pipeline. I was working on a stock car before I was rudely interrupted, then there will be a tank car. All first as I have some D & R G W plans for these.

Dick.

Sorry to hear you have been unwell; take things easy please...

Thanks for the RG NG - there is no such thing as too much DRG narrow gauge - favourite place on earth is the C&TS, Chama is like stepping back in time.

!*cheers*!

PickeringLumberCorp wrote:Looks very nice! The whole model looks great, but I can't help noticing how far the front buffer beam sticks out in relation to the boiler.I know that it may be prototypically correct on some Shays mutuelles TNS (and that it is still very much so a work in progress model), but I have never seen that on a Shay before (I may be not well researched :P). Now, all it needs is some narrow gauge rolling stock and a Class B and C version (since I noticed it was a Class A Shay)! Great work!

But we can always try to solve the problem with some tricks is not it.
