Yes I am on the same version. USRA tenders file was 17,265 KB.

My USRA tender file is 17.7MB zipped and 41.7MB decompressed...

I think I might know something that's causing my intermittent coupling problems, or maybe is contributing to the problem.
I've noticed recently, that the game gets confused. IE it sometimes mixes up the drawbar between tender and engine and the coupler between train and tender.
Sometimes when things are acting up, the coupler between tender and train is greyed out, but the drawbar isn't (like it should be). It's like the game can't tell which end of the tender is supposed to be disabled from coupling and uncoupling.
