Heavy Mikado now updated.

The heavy USRA Mikado has now been updated.
The pack now includes my own custom sounds, working headlights, classification lights and bell. I have included a folder with all my USRA tenders including two Vanderbilt versions. These will be common to all my USRA locomotives except the 0-6-0 switcher.
As you see from the pictures I have also included a bonus GN tender for use on the Marias Pass!!!!! The loco colours can be changed by bat files in the main loco texture folder.

Oh yes that reminds me. I have also included a dedicated pusher (helper) engine with its own sound system

Dick do we just send you an email for the update or is it on your site somewhere?

If I can remember correctly. He has a record of everything you bought from him by your email account. So using your email you used to order the loco originally, he'll get back with you just by sending him an email. I just did that myself, so we will see. *!!wink!!*

If you send me an email with proof of purchase, if you can, I will send the new link. I do have records BUT they are not infalible!!! !*don-know!*
I enter the name you use on the PayPal account you have used. So if you use your mother, wife or girl friend's account I will have you down as Joanna rather than Joseph. If you are known as Dick on the forum but use the name Richard on you PayPal account I will have you down as Richard.

As usual with Mr. Cowen's offering there is always a surprise or two under the hood. Whitewalls or grey??

Excellent **!!bow!!** Whats next on the list ??

Stupid question I know, but is it possible to change the locomotive cabside number font and colour? I know you can do for the tender, but for something say like New Haven which had their own font style and colour (a burnished gold I believe, and then weathered), is there a template for the loco cabsides?

Hope to have some time off in a month and am looking forward to exploring the NH (and Bumbleberry Logging). Unfortunately haven't had time to even boot up RW in a 3 weeks now *!sad!*

1) The cab and tender lettering can be altered. The pdf file in the zip explains how. There should also be the needed texture files.
2) The models causing the programme to crash is more of a problem as it does not appear to be universal!! I will see if I can duplicate the problem. In my experience the only time I have had a crash is when the loco does not have a connection to a cab. The loco showing in the editor but not in the game is another issue.

Any feed back +ve or -ve is always welcome
Dick !*hp*! !!**sorry**!!

You say cab problem maybe. I ran a check for missing files using RWTools and it says:

Missing Files:-
Britkits\Steam\Audio\RailVehicles\Steam\2-8-2-H\2-8-2_Cab_Occlusion.bin

even tho the "2-8-2_Cab_Occlusion.bin" is there.
Maybe this is in the right direction.

Have either of you tried running logmate to see where it hangs?
