The question is, "Does the model work?" I am afraid I am a modellor and editing the various bin files is a chore. Sometimes, As others have noticed, I leave references in there to files that are no longer there. Or I may use the bin file from another loco as my starting point and not edit it fully. If the errors cause the loco to malfunction I usually pick that up.

RW-tools is too good as it exposes my bad house keeping!!!! Looking at your list most of them look like animation files that don't exist but shouldn't effect the loco's running.

Dick. !!**sorry**!!

That one is a repaint MadMike just finished (I QA'd it). I don't normally run RWTools on repaints so I never saw the issues you found. The model did work for me starting from a clean install. Are you seeing problems?

I'm thinking the problem was some RW2 repaints in my Britkits folder, but I'm still not quite sure. Some more manipulating and testing, and I'll get back.If I find the solution to my problems I will surely let you know.

*sigh*

I still down know what the problem is. You are talking about probable causes. All I know is that you downloaded one of MadMike's latest repaints which is based on the latest SW1200 update from Britkits. They work fine on my machine, so I am interested in know what issues you are having.

But let me try and guess. If you are having issues with older repaints while you are using the updated model, then yes, the texture maps have changed and you will see some strange results (missing textures, paint out of place, etc). If these are repaints that MadMike had done, then there is a good chance that he will update them. I also know that he has his eyes on some new repaints as well, so just hold on tight.

If the repaint was done by someone else, I cannot say if it will be redone for the new SW1200 model. You may have to contact the author of the repaint directly to find out.

Whenever I enable my Britkits/EMD folder in any route,I get the dreaded SBHH.I thought my problem was maybe some RW2 repaints, but I uninstalled/deleted all of those, and still no luck.Maybe I'll try reinstalling all of Dicks EMD kits again. *!question!*

AH, ok.

You would rarely if ever get SBHH from a missing texture (I know many models that have missing textures and they still run fine). A missing GEO is another matter all in itself. That could cause SBHH. Britkits uses a lot of shared parts, so I would uninstall all their packages and repaints, delete the Britkits folder (if its still there), and start installing each package again one by one, testing after each install to see if a particular package is causing the problem.

I cloned a NEC free-roam,and was trying Dicks GG1-1r and the HW Coach ce,and for some reason,RW Tools says that I'm missing the vehicle lua script on the coach car.Never had a hit on this problem before.Any ideas Papa, what I'm doing wrong with the PRR PACK?

Not any good ideas. I don't own that set yet (its on my wish list though). It could be that the LUA is referenced in the coach's BIN because the model blueprint was cloned from another that needed it. Are you seeing problems with this coach?

Actually,Papa all is well.I kinda sorta think it was a mouse problem(no,not the 4 legged kind)!I am using a Asus G51-jx with a core i5 @2.8 ghz,with a Geforce 360m w/5% oc.I also use an ext. MS mouse.With the ext. mouse running,I would disable my touchpad drivers.I re-started them,and so far,all is well. !*don-know!*
