Sorry for missing your question, Harry!

In theory old repaints should still work. I didn't change the file names /folder structures on any of the cars. I haven't actually tested that though.
However, you might need to manually copy in some of the new textures (mostly wheels/trucks related) on some of the models to be able to use the repaints.
