Getting closer. Just completed the mapping tonight.

BTW! This car will be for all who have purchased at least one of my packs. So if you bought something in the past, you will be able to download this hopper too. And, in contrast to the old boxcar bonus, it will come with some actual paint schemes too -- GN/BN (which the model is 95% based on) and some other of the Hill Lines roads.

just putting this out there, CN ownes these cars still, and still in service! (entered service in the 40's and still in use today on the old DMIR)

What were these hoppers called? I'd like to look them up.

Update: OK, is it a 70 ton Ore Hopper?

The cars are available now! Please use the links at the bottom of the download receipt I sent you when you bought the packs, the old "Boxcar Bonus" has been replaced with the links for these hoppers. (Please send me an email if you would like me to re-send this email).

Dan, I found these cars referenced to as "ore jennies" or simply 24ft ore hoppers. It looks like a several of the railroads in the Midwest and Northwest ran these to haul taconite to the ore loading docks along the Great Lakes.

Hi,

it should work now. So far I had only updated the online copies of the download pages (the ones where paypal redirects you), which are also linked to in the emails I send out. The old Boxcar-file has been overwritten by the new one too, just ignore that it still has the old file name (otherwise the direct links in the emails wouldn't work).
