CB&Q SD7 Horn/Bell Bugfix

Hi all,

I've just published a bugfix patch for the CB&Q SD7s that somehow lost their horn and bell sounds ages ago.

Please download the file linked below and install it on top of the engines main .rwp to make horn and bell play again:
