Updated Forum Guidelines

Please take a few minutes to read over the Forum Rules & Guidelines. A new section has been added about making repaint and model requests.

Papa's post is rather old, been through lots of changes since then. Try this viewtopic.php?f=4&t=262

It is in the 3rd forum down called Rules Guidelines and Help.
