Can't upload, file is too big or not in proper format?

If you are getting this error it is because of your web browser settings. The upload software is compatible with Windows Internet Explorer. So if your browser is not working use IE. If you people using Firefox and Chrome or anything else know what settings those browser need, it would be helpful if you would post them. Otherwise you will have to use IE to upload. There is nothing else I can do.

Other things that cause problems are filenames with & in them. Or filenames with more than one . like myfile_v1.1.zip. These will error also.
