I use Weather and Atmosphere for my pictures. Using this combination with dramatic results and amazing looking backdrops and lighting just works. The picture i posted was actually one i posted for the NJT comp awhile ago

But for this contest it was not allowed any kind of Photoshop or similar retouching tool. It had to be a neat Ctrl-S screenshot straight from TS2016.

I believe he was talking about using the weather and the natural atmosphere from the game for the effect. I have done that a lot.

Yes, that was it. I did no suggest the usage og photo editing from any submission.
