OK.... A friend is trying to make a blueprint for a section of track he designed. He dislikes forums of any kind. Doesn't like the drama queens. So he asked to me to post this for him.

He gets the following error message (Image enclosed) when he runs a preview after filling in all the fields that apply. He doesn't think he missed any. What was typed in both of us beleive to be correct.

What is this error related to?

Thanks

I believe this message is complaining about the shader specified in your .igs file. The .igs is generated by your cad program - Blender, 3D Max or whatever you use. So its there that you should look. The error message says you have specified a shader called TexDiff, when for a track it should be LoftTexDiff. Its something to check anyway.

PS it might actually need LoftTexDiff.fx as a shader name.

Thanks. Pretty sure the LoftTexDiff.fx is where he made his mistake. It was the only part of the tutorial he is using I was unsure of..... He said he didn't add it so I think that should fix it.
