The biggest problem is I still can't find any new textures and I don't have access to any sort of vintage building really to take some pics. Such as a pic of more complete side walls and facades.

What kind of stuff are you looking for? We have a lot of vintage buildings in my area and if the Sun ever comes out again a short picture taking shoot might just be in order.

Things like flat on pictures to use to make a texture, such as this example.

I can take pictures taken like this to make a usable building texture from.

Definitely need some more reference pictures since I can't find much these days.

Sycamore was founded in 1834 so I'm sure I can find some old buildings to shoot and Elgin to the East was founded in 1835. Lots of old buildings there also.
