Shaders that require Normal maps

Please anyone let me know how to apply a normal map on Trainbumpspec.fx in 3ds max?
Please tell me the procedure.Is it same like applying the diffuse texture?(apply material and show in viewport)
I can't figure it out.

do we have to make some changes in UV arguments?
