middle geometry question?

Unread postby raptorengineer » Fri Nov 16, 2018 1:59 am

so i made a tunnel loft and i would like to add lamp on one side of a loft wall(but not the light sources). now from reading the http://railsimilarity.blogspot.com/search/label/lofts it tell me i can add string object one side or both sides of loft using middle geometry but i can't seem to fine out what blueprint i would use for object. like do i make lamp a loft as well? then add it to middle geometry slot in tunnel loft?

Make your 'lamp' as a regular model ( not a loft ) and export the .igs.
Create a Procedural Shape Blueprint for it. If you intend to also place the middle geometry item in the editor as stand alone scenery, you can use a SceneryBlueprint instead. But in your case I think the Procedural Shape Blueprint is right.

Then add the Procedural Shape Blueprint id to your tunnel loft as the middle geometry.
