One Way Traffic Ribbons

Are any single direction traffic ribbons available? Perhaps where cars in lanes of two or three move in the same direction?

Or, might there be a way to alter some sort of file in a current traffic ribbon to have only one lane produce cars? Just a few thoughts of mine.... Any information would be helpful; thank you.
