3D Model won't export to IGS

I am creating scenery for my route in TS2015. Most of them export into IGS with no issue, but I have one model that won't go through for some reason.

All of my models are created in Sketchup, then exported as untextured COLLADA files, imported into Blender 2.69, given UV maps and the proper shaders for Railworks, and then exported as IGS using the plugin here - http://www.railsim-fr.com/forum/index.php?app=downloads&showfile=263

For reasons I spent all day yesterday trying to figure out, one particular model won't export, instead giving me this:

" ERROR: Blender Mesh object '1_1000_clf' has a face with no texture assigned. "

I am certain that every face is textured. Before unwrapping the model face by face, I pressed 'A' in edit mode, selected the entire model, clicked 'Remove Doubles', and then clicked 'unwrap', to ensure that no face went untouched. I have also thoroughly checked every place on the model several times to see if there are any untextured faces.

However, this is the weirdest part - at one point, I pressed 'A' to select the entire model, and then deselected one face, deleted everything else, and then tried to export the model. It still returned the same error.

Also, the entire Blender model is one object.

If anyone would like to take a look at the file to see if they can figure out what is wrong, I'll add a link here.

Thanks.

Oh, wait... Apparently unwrapping isn't the same as assigning a texture. I needed to highlight the entire model, click on the material, and then click 'assign'.

Apparently I wasted close to 20 hours or so trying to figure out one simple mistake...

On the bright side, I can get back to work now. :)
