There might be a variety of factors. What program are you using for the texture? And what program are you using to model the building?

Hi

If you select/crop the area that you want to paint from the texture and then paint it on to the face you want to texture, you may well find that the texture is not square. In order to fix this, select the fourth tool down from the top in the menu at the right of the screen and then by using the dimensional tools in the bottom right of isometric view of the scene, you can change the shape of the texture to match the face. By this method you can make your texture exactly fit the face even if your original crop from the texture was not exactly correct.

A problem I have found with Crafter is that after doing this adjustment you need to 'optimise' the scene otherwise the adjustments you have made will not 'stick'. This was not a problem with Canvas but Crafter seems to work in a different way.

I hope that helps.
