Grass bank loft

I use the Grass bank loft quite a bit,as much of the track is across fills . I have used RW tools often to re-skin locos. I did a file search for the Grass bank loft,and I am not certain if I can clone and "re paint" it. I want to change the top ballast color to match the Scale Rail ballast textures more(more grey than white),and maybe darken the grass slighly. Is this difficult,it is a base Kuju asset?
