Blender export

Does Blender v2.70 (Python v?) still need BigEx to export AI/IGS to TS?
I D/L'd BigEx from UKTS and the manual indicates that it only works with Blender 2.48 & 2.49.

Try it and see. If it doesn't work, then you've answered your question.

Yeah - I thought of that. Problem is that I'm so new to this that I wouldn't know if it was working or not, or if I was doing something wrong! The stuff is really complicated. So I figured I would throw a question out there and see what I get - sort of like fishing.

The exporter in reality, is very simple to use. I use Dom's, but I think they operate similarly. It seems that if you are familiar with 3dc, it's a little easier to figure out. Make sure that you copy the IGS_ExpModFile and IGS_ExpModFile2 to the directory of your model. It will work for a basic model, without changing anything. If you are using more complex shaders, etc, you should make some tweaks. What are the problems you are having?
