How could I make a traffic ribbon myself.

I'm wanting to find out how to such as take my 30's vehicles or even my semi's and make a traffic ribbon for them from scratch.


Does anyone here know how to do that, I know that one did but he's since then left Railworks.


I'd like to make a couple of one way traffic ribbons for use with my 30's vehicles and a later route I'd like to do.
