Missing Rails Issue

Hi All ----

I purchased this game a couple of weeks back, installed in the order that was in the manual and when I went to play all of the scenery is there, as are the trains, but no rails. I have gone back and attempted to download the Rails & Roads again, but no luck.

Once the Rails and Roads are downloaded, should they be transferred in the Package Manager bin on Train Simulator 2012? Also should I have selected Rail simulator or Rail works when doing the R&Rs downloads?

Thanks for any help.

Chris

Hi,

It would appear Scale Rails is not installed correctly. Scale Rails/Roads have a setup program file so if you run that they do not need to be installed via the package manager.

If the path of your railworks is not the normal 'c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\railworks' you will need to change the path the installer installs to.

Hope this helps

Your default Scale Rail is corupted, that is why there is no track. This happend to me, and I had to un-install all 3-D products, delete the 3-D folder, then reinstall all of the ScaleRail freeware products.
