I had several people ask me about the passenger car interiors so here are a few pictures.

And in service? Or does Santa Fe's El Capital run empty all the time, all days, every season in this incarnation?

Schnauz' critical review doesn't have any passengers behind the windows either ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gRYCLhpTL4g and the comments aren't favourable it seems.

I gather this is typical DTM stuff? BTW, cut-copy-pasted together? After all these years, their Amtrak SuperLiner passenger cars still have the trucks the wrong way round? After more than a year, the F3 and BL2 still haven't been patched?

Why should I add passengers to the interior of a premium price DLC? Isn't that what we pay those HIS and DTM developers for?

Steam reviews not favourable either, so best wait for serious improvements to the product or a serious discount, which is my stance on anything DTM.

The review By Schnauz is just the most smarmy silly thing I have ever seen. If you think he's is at all humorous well I won't say. To denigrate anyone's work like that is just shameful. The trolls who live to trash things really need to examine their values and certainly their manners. If that makes me old fashioned well then I am dern proud of it.

So criticism isn't allowed anymore on paid products. Got it!

Criticism is actually welcomed but bashing and trolling will be completely ignored. In other words: if you want to criticize something, do it in a civil and friendly manner. Some folks also may need reminding that the right to criticize something does not mean that the person you've addressed is obligated to act on it. This should go without saying, but apparently not so, at least judging by the entitled stance some seem to have developed regarding how they apparently think things MUST be done and made.

And this is all I will say about this.

Cheers,
Michael

I have seen some of his reviews and I will say he does more bashing then supporting. He points out things that no other player I can think of would notice such as stuff like the vents on the side or top of the locomotives and other pointless things. He kind of setting the 'standard' too high in my opinion BUT I do understand where he is coming from.

I don't think the standard is set too high. Setting the standards too high would mean setting the standards towards something that isn't achievable with current technology in the game. Finding good audio and actually making good textures for your locomotives; matter of fact, making a good locomotive to begin with, is not something unachievable or even hard to do.

Schnauz in particular tends to hold searchlight as the gold standard and compares everything to them in my opinion.

The problem is that you have people like Searchlight and Smokebox that can make an absolute gem of a DLC every time and not everyone is like that. On the flip side of the coin though there is a certain level of quality people expect when they have to pay money for something. It doesn't need to be searchlight or Smokebox quality every time but you don't buy a new car that's missing a light either. People expect these things to come "complete" and not have to put effort into them to make them complete.
