The release of the follow-up to Meshtools's The Class J94 ‘Memories of Maerdy’, The ‘Return to Maerdy’, has just been announced today.

https://www.facebook.com/Meshtools/?fref=nf

Return to Maerdy has been signed off by DTG's QA and is now in the release queue for release sometime during the next week or so.

Personally, I've been waiting for months, so I'm thrilled by the news.

Regards Claus

I really enjoy the Maerdy route. This will be a nice addition. Cute little battery powered loco!

Its amazing how European and USA railroading went in such a different direction at this time. Europe could only benefit from the latest American technology and innovations, but for some reason, they went toward a different direction.
Note: All worked out for the best. !!*ok*!!

Is this the essentially the same route called, I think, Memories of Maerdy, that came out as an "extra" with the purchase of an engine?

It is an updated version set in the 1970's which is a cut down version
