I am also interested to know if you will update all locos to have a light engine Quick Drive consist. Instead of releasing the patch separately it's a good idea to have the main download pre-patched ;)m

About sales it would be cool if there are temporary sales like those on Steam like Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer and flash sales so more people will buy them.

not interested in that. I dont know what you mean about the new version of the dash8 pack. the first dash8 pack is the one that is on my blog. this B40-8 pack is seperate completely. Like all my releases(except seattle) its a standard full price. It is what it is. Most of my newer locos are quick drive ready. This new pack will be as well.

Ian, I believe he means that since you said you might put old locos on sale, that if you put the old dash8w pack on sale, that he will be able to buy that and use the password for the new updated dash8w, which is the same as you putting the upgrade dash8w on sale.

actually the only old dash8w I have is the NS pack. the older models are the same password anyway. if someone bought the old dash8w's I made years ago they can already get the dash8w upgrade for free. the password is the same.

Eric I already processed this in my head and after reviewing their terms on steam and DTG its not worth it for me. Honestly My blog gets plenty of exposure and word of mouth. Im not complaining at all over sales. You probably dont realize that steam takes 60% and the remaining 40% is split between me and DTG. So If I sold my pack on steam for 20.00 I would make 5-6 dollars per unit. So I would then need to see 3 times the exposure to break even as opposed to me charging 15.00 on my blog, giving you guys a 5 dollar break instead of it being 20.00. IF i Did both I would have to charge more on my blog so that it is not in competition with steams pricing. The income is about the same the only difference is i'll see it trickle in over my blog versus one large lump up front and then virtually nothing after.

not worth it.

I just was wondering about the headlights, they almost seem like perfect circles when they're on...thats my only question. Anything else I have to say; Great job on everything you've made, I have everything from your site and I love each and every one of the items!

I appreciate the feedback. the lights have the flare now so that it adds more irregularity to the lights. But I used a rounded geometry for the actual light so that it gives a brighter 3d appearance. It uses an alpha with a light burst texture so not sure how one gets a non circular appearance for lights in the real world anyway.

Quantum, which I believe is the successor of Pulse. Wabtec sells them.

What Jerry didn't mention was that we made one for our GP40's. The investigative work for that box was interesting.
