I would however the SD40-2 model is of a US version so the one SD40-2s I have repainted are the 736-750 batch which were second hand from Kennecott Copper or the Oneida Western which BC Rail got second hand and were only painted in the more modern livery.
The true BC Rail SD40-2s were 751and above to I think 766 which were new for BC Rail and were all painted in green to start with however these were built to Canadian specifications. So had quite a few noticeable differences from any US example such as the bell where the front headlight are above the front windows between the number board, nose headlights and two sets of ditch lights.
If there is still demand for a green repaint I may do one at a later date.

I don't have a great knowledge of US and Canadian railroads, being UK based. However, I have travelled across Canada and the US by train, and I have been across the Rockies from Calgary to Vancouver so have some idea of the terrain. The great thing about your route was that I was able to recognise some of the points along it from the DVD. Even slogging up the grade at 20 mph was a treat with all that scenery. So very well done. Only thing missing was some wildlife. One question? Not being familiar with North American practice can you explain to me how slaves are dropped off from the middle of a consist? I'm thinking of where they need to be detached at Kelly Lake sidings. Also, do you know of anyone who has done any further scenarios, or are you likely to be doing any more yourself? Failling that, has anyone done a Highrailer so I can just get in and drive? Now what a great occupation that would be. Many thanks.
