This is a better place. Click on the route and read about it then click on the underlined words and you can see a bunch of pictures,

Here are a few from the slide show Buzz linked too. This is certainly going to be a favourite of mine.

Sacramento Northern ran freight until 1960. It was owned by Western Pacific. The interurban line closed in 1941 I believe.

Diesels ran in the northern part of the SN system; we modeled the south end. In spite of that, you're welcome to run diesels there!

Although the south end was a more direct route from Sacramento to Oakland, the steep grades in the Oakland Hills and the in-street trackage through Oakland itself eventually led to WP's decision to run its freight trains the long way around via Stockton. Thus, no more SN.

That wasn't the end of south-end railroads, though. Times change. In our route, as you run north of Concord you're following what today is the BART.

Update: The route is in final QC. Nothing definite on the release yet.

With the exception of some MLWAudio enhancements, I think that this will be my last purchase for TS2017. I could not think of a better finale. I will be purchasing TSW after the first of the year.

Any updates? *!greengrin!* I've modified the RWA Passenger version to have a part of the road have Overhead Lines installed and wouldn't mind running those boxcabs down the street!
