The Colt Building lives! It'll sure look different without I-91 in front of it!

The RDC-3's exterior is now complete. I've posted some detail shots to the VNH blog: http://vnhrr.blogspot.de/

Cheers

Bud fans (and I don't mean beer, even though I was born in St. Louis) may also want to take a gander at http://www.budd-rdc.org/ .

The first Budd, RDC-3, is now nearing completion. The cabview survived its first full in-game testing last night, seems all is working well in the cab (but only after a series of struggles with 3DC and the blueprint editor **!!bang!!**)

Moving on to the other three RDCs' body configurations. !*salute*!

I recorded a 3 min video at the end of the cabview testing if you're interested. It shows most of the controls in use.

A few new screenshots can be found at our blog:

Great cab. Do you plan to make different inside and outside sound?

Alright! You've really put the pedal to the metal on these!

Awesome!
Maybe move the driver camera up a little, so the rain drops don't impair the driver's view of the track.

Hi,

The RDC-1 is now also complete. That leaves the RDC-2 and -4 to do, but since they are all variations of the same base model (in reality and in the sim), this shouldn't be too complicated.

Here's a new video:

We've raised the engineer's camera position slightly, forward visibility in the rain is now slightly better (but still pretty lousy, these wipers are just too short! **!!bang!!** Some other RRs had different wipers on their RDCs that cleared a larger area of the windscreen).

Interior sound 'muffling' will be provided with CabOcclusion.

Cheers
