Go to world editor. Click on that globe looking thing and the right flyout should appear like in the picture. Highlight where you want to go and then click on the arrow under the globe and it will teleport you there just like in Star Trek. Be aware that if you go to a higher elevation you will be underground when you get to your destination unless you re-locate yourself up high before you start all this.
