I'm having issues with the forums file management system saying the file is too big while its within uploading limits of 150MB.

You may have to contact the administrators at Oovee to bump up the maximum file size, as the site is primarily for SpinTire mods, not TS2016 DLC. SpinTire mods generally would not demand that much of a file size, hence that limitation.

What is the file size? I'm estimating the updated sound package is around 200mb.

Uh, I am an administrator.
The file is 104 MB, max size is 150. No idea what is causing the issue. I've raised issue with the other admins to hopefully get this fixed. Meanwhile, I'll keep plugging away at the 38 series and FDL16 sounds.

Anthony, I'm really blown away with the FDL16 soundpack you have here in store. It would be cool to extent support to Ian's GE engines. I am interested to know what exactly is in the F45 patch and if the 38 series sound pack (The 38 series pack can alias to some of its local sound files of the original DLC packs)

Not that I've used before. I could attempt it, but the normal website doesn't allow linking to FTP within the download manager.
I'm trying a couple different things and if I can't get Zane or Reece to upload for me if that fails, I'll have to resort to emailing customers with the new zip file.

i have checked the Oovee website and it appears that the download should be working properly. Are some bin files such as the ones for the SS SD40T-2 based on FanRailer's bin files? Most people use his physics mod anyway.
