The N key has only worked for the Amtrak and Coaster F59PHI and Coaster Cab Car for me. I think the problem is based on the InputMapper keys programmed in.

Is there a method to apply the sounds to the Miami-WPB P42DC, MN P32AC-DM, or even the old G-Trax P42DC?

My friend has the G-trax version on the P42, he also got the soundpack, and you said that its not for the old version of the P42, so whats going on?

You're better off buying the AudioShack P42DC sound pack; to put the sounds on the G-TraX locos you must copy the engine and cab sound .bin or proxyxml files to the original G-TraX folder from the original folder of the sound file.

I've copying over the proxyxml and bin files but it doesn't work; only some of the sounds are audible. For example, there is no idle sound.

So how does one put these sounds on the G-traX and Miami P42DCs?

I've tried aliasing both the virtusounds and audio shack p42 soundsets to the original G-Trax p42 and I am also having missing sounds. In some cases, I can't copy the newer .bin file or the loco will not load in the game.

I believe the bin file name should match the original bin file for the sound.
