I hate to bump an old thread, but, when can the rail simulator community purchase and enjoy this add on? I mean, my credit card is already burning!

We had some back and forth with Dovetail about this and decided to release it as a full DLC (including a brand new engine with it) but don't worry. We are pushing hard on this trying to get it out as quick as possible although I'm yet not allowed to say what the engine will be

EMD 16-645E3 powered? What engines still aren't modelled/announced that use this prime mover?

If you include the 16-645 sub designations, a nice candidate would be this loco:

If the MP36 is done, the Metrolink version should include Rotem cars, while the Metra version has another series of gallery cars not replicated in the game yet.
