Run the installer or manually install the pack into the folders shown. Then you must copy the ATSF-CE-1_car7.GeoPcDx file from railworks\Assets\GreatNortherner\ATSFPack\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-CE-1\Default to railworks\Assets\GreatNortherner\ATSFPack\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-CE-1\BN
To use it in your scenarios you must turn on GreatNortherner and ATSFpack with the Object Filter.
