Former C-40-3 SP cuppola caboose - in classic Western Pacific paint scheme
=============================================================================
CREDITS (THANKS)
RSC for creating the original SP C-40-3 cuppola caboose - 3D model and base textures. The caboose is part of the
RailWorks\Assets\RSC\CabForwardPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-C-40 Package and it is needed for these new add-ons
to properly function with Train Simulator. If need be, it may be acquired at Steam under :
QcRail for remaping and repaint
The Feather River Canyon Route Add-On provides a bay-window caboose to reflect the last phase of caboose operation on its system.
To expand to steam and early diesel transition, a cuppola caboose seems appropiate; therefore these new four versions uses the
excellent Southern Pacific C-40-3 cuppola caboose of the steam era. It offers a well detailed interior and, as of this date, it
seems to be well adapted to the similar cuppola caboose that roamed the Feather River Canyon. Furthermore, the «decal_c-40-3_sp1.TgPcDx»
texture file offered a mechanism to add new small details of unique graphic scheme for each of the 4 cabooses :
 1. Western Pacific in large white letters with a radio equipped insigna,
 2. Western Pacific in large white letters and no radio insigna,
 3. Western Pacific in large white letters with its weathered feather logo and a radio equipped insigna,
 4. Western Pacific in large white letters with its weathered feather logo and no radio insigna.
The «Passenger Views» is dotted of four different views:
 1. View forward while seated in the cuppola,
 2. View backward while seated in the cuppola,
 3. View forward while standing on the front platform,
 4. View backward while standing on the back platform.
Since the original caboose is a payware product from RSC, it implies that each version of the Western Pacific caboose be structured
within a unique and seperate file folder to preserve two of the 3d model nomenclature, ie «C-40-3_SP1.GeoPcDx» for the wagon shape and
«C-40-3_interior.GeoPcDx» for the views within the caboose. Otherwise, all four caboose versions could have been placed a one files folder.
Now you can proceed with any installation of the the Western Pacific C-40-3 caboose ...

Installation
~~~~~~~~~~~~
   When installed the Western Pacific C-40-3 caboose should appear in the following folder structure :
 RailWorks\Assets\RSC\CabForwardPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-C-40\...
 For the caboose WP_1a to install and function, you need to install the original 3d file from C or any other drive i.e.:
 ..\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\CabForwardPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-C-40\Default\C-40-3_SP1.GeoPcDx
 to
 ..\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\CabForwardPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-C-40\WP_1a\C-40-3_SP1.GeoPcDx
 Repeat this procedure for the other 3 cabooses : WP_1b, WP_2a and WP_2b
 Now, a similar attention must be paid to each «PassengerView» files folder. thus, install the original 3d file from ... i.e.:
 ..\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\CabForwardPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-C-40\Default\PassengerView\C-40-3_interior.GeoPcDx
 to
 ..\Steam\steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\RSC\CabForwardPack01\RailVehicles\Freight\Caboose-C-40\WP_1a\PassengerView\C-40-3_interior.GeoPcDx
 Repeat this procedure for the other 3 PassengerViews : WP_1b, WP_2a and WP_2b
 Now, you should enjoy your new Western Pacific C-40-3 cuppola caboose on the scenic Feather River Canyon.
 Simply use the In-game Installer and then insert any of the four caboose into your route using the Scenario Editor;
 Make sure the RSC and CabForwardPack01 options are checked to activate the WP caboose.
 You will find the engine listed as :
    "CF Caboose C-40-3 WP1a-radio" for a Radio Equipped caboose or
    "CF Caboose C-40-3 WP1b-No Radio" for a caboose without Radio Equippement.
 Note: In each file folder, a .jpg image should give you a preliminary idea of the caboose's appearance.
