PFE R-70-20 and R-70-24 Mechanical Refrigerator Cars
These models represent two series of mechanical refigerator cars that Pacific Car and Foundary Corp. of Renton, WA delivered to
Pacific Fruit Express Corp. in 1969 and 1971.
One model is auto-numbered in the 459501-459700 series and the other in the 456901-456999 series, each has five levels of detail and is aliased to Krellnut's Wagon Sounds.
Photoshop source texture files are included to aid in re-texturing. These models may be re-textured and distributed for
non-commercial purposes. I only ask that you give me credit for the original model.
To use the model in Train Simulator 2016 install the included .rwp file with the TS2016 Package Manager and enable
MaineLines RailVehicles and (for the sound) WJ Sound Wagons in the Scenario or Route Editor. The cars will appear under
Rolling Stock as PCF57ftMechanicalReefer-PFE and PCF57ftMechanicalReefer-PFE24.
These models include coupler and brake physics enhancements by member Ericmopar.
