New York Central Silver Passenger set by Johnnyboy (steam account name)

The New York Central railroad had two primary passenger car color schemes, this is a depiction of the stainless steel "silver" finish.

This was modified using the Gtrax lightweight passenger car set available at railworksamerica.com.

Features randomized naming system for the sleeper and observation, the sleeper will cycle between 9 city names and the observation will cycle between 4 island names. All of which are authentic car names that the central used.

REALISM WARNING: The car names are 100% accurate but the paint scheme to which they belong may not be.

Lastly; This is my first "succesful" reskin so please go easy on me if any mistakes are noticed.

-Installion is simple: just follow the corresponding steps.

-FOR THIS TO WORK YOU MUST HAVE THE GTRAX LIGHTWEIGHT PASSENGER SET, THIS WILL NOT WORK AS A STAND-ALONE SET AND YES THE PACK IS FREE.

-ALL GEOPCDX FILES HAVE BEEN INCLUDED SINCE GTRAX RELEASED THE PARENT SET AS A FREEWARE, HOWEVER THE PACK IS STILL NEEDED FOR SOUNDS AND OTHER MISC FILES (NONE HAVE TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NYCS FOLDER DURING INSTALLATION).

-Lastly: The Santa Fe cars as a default use a rounded mesh plaque on the observation. Credit goes to Buzz456 for the square mesh and geopcdx edit used (off oh his Monon Lwt Passenger Cars available at railworksamerica.com).

Installation:

1. Locate ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\RailWorks\Assets\Gtrax\Trains\RailVehicles\Passenger

2. Extract all from this pack then copy and paste the folder titled NYCS_Lightwt into the above folder (where the default skins with the gtrax 4 pack are located) and you are good to go.
