These rail cars are intended to fill out the inventory for the Columbia Valley Pacific Route.
They are painted for the CVP Railway and the connecting Railways of Great Northern and Canadian Pacific.
Also there are some flatcars for in-house use by the Grand Bend Copper Refinery.
