This is a stolen payware model.

Just to put this into context NorfolkSouthern37 has spoken to us (Buzz and I) via email, and he is in fact from Jointed Rail Productions LLC. This model was reverse engineered from a Trainz model they are working on.

Well I hope that NorfolkSouthern37 hangs around long enough to see that we are very interested in having JR create some TS2012 locomotives.

I think JR is kinda busy with Trainz still, they are in tight with them and i doubt that will change, i met Mike Cyr and Justin Cornell last April and we talked about it to some length, but i would love to see them change their minds, i just cant get my head around their editors and have to much invested in Railworks now and RSC is not making it easy on Payware vendors

Hi
I would like to thank those who recognized the work of conversion and inform them that the model is not stolen, legally acquired the model, aparti the time I purchase the model, it is mine to do what you want. And I mean that only served to model the conversion of Trainz to RW, a lot of work and the model is not in perfect condition because it was posted as Beta testing is still. And posting the same model for free, without charging neim a dollar, appears to criticize people saying - Shameful. - Not cool.
Given these facts'm taking the GE C30-7 model of online distribution.
And I say most any other model converted by me will not be posted, not critics here before!

Thank you! !!*ok*!!

You may have acquired the model from another site, but it was still there without permission and illegally. Conversion of it from Trainz to RW by using a file converter and distributing it is also illegal per the terms of the EULA. Sure you can do it on your own computer without impact, but distributing it, absolutely not. On top of those things, there was no attempt at giving credit to me, the original author, or Jointed Rail, the legal owner of the object. Thank you for not posting any more models that you convert without permission.

I agree. I did not realize this was stolen. What would be really nice if Joined Rails made locomotives for TS2013.

Thanks,
Glenn
