Decided to post some of the variousness I've been up to since my departure from else where. Most of this has been posted on UKTS but I know some might not read there. YES there is UK stuff involved and I know this is RailWorks America. ;) Railroading has no boundaries in my book so, I'm a fan of anything that runs on rails.
I started messing with the world editor and started what's going to be a fantasy (not specific to any countries railroad) route. I just started tinkering with a yard/station setting at the starting point that leads out to the mainline. I'm trying VERY hard to only use IOW and Default assets. IOW because I feel it's a must have for development at its basic levels.

I started and stalled on a Conrail repaint of David Brindley's GP15. I will eventually finish it. SW1500 is keeping my brain more stimulated ATM.

I've been playing with repainting abandoned, rotting, ready for scrap locomotives. UK right now. I sort of experimented briefly doing this with some U.S. stuff but never found a good technique till recently.

This one I also repainted (new brick, weathering, boarded up the windows and doors) the station to give nice contrast to the forgotten about locomotive.

Then there is the just plain goofy stuff I've messed with.

I hope Derek can pencil in a cab for it. SW1500 is a vital piece of U.S. rolling stock and a cab would make a lot of people happy.

Nice work, Sty
