I found something for "North Pole Station" in a leaflet from "Network Rail" about the "Brighton Main Line and Sussex", available here
P2:In addition there are typically 25-35 freight trains per day in operation each way on this line and empty Eurostar trains running between Waterloo International and North Pole depot.
P 25: North Pole depot - New reversing facilities near current depot. - Ability to turn back WLL trains to/from the south turnback when Eurostar relocates to Stratford.
There's also a network map, it's located in the upper north west of London. On Wikipedia
there is a picture of it, this could be it compared to your pic ;) But I have no idea how this came into Railworks, sorry.
The lakeside looks really nice btw, still a bit empty but if it's WIP I'll wait for the finished version :)
