Hi Railmanz

Yeah I was in Green Bay last year... checking you were looking after our A4 *!!wink!!*

A cab Forward is the USA loco I would love to do next.. however it does hinge at the moment on the BigBoy financing a trip, I have drawings but will not attempt a model without a thorough photo survey and getting a feel for it.

would love to build one.

Look fantastic - looking forward to getting this one too. Just need an 800 for the set :)

If I can be permitted to make a comment - there was some quite animated discussion when the 3900's were released about the volume and quantity of cylinder ** steam. These are huge engines with enormous boilers and very high boiler pressure, there just doesnt seen to be all that much steam.

Either way, looking forward to picking these up - thanks for your hard work on all of your releases, you certainly do set teh benchmark. Here's hoping an AC expedition trip is not too far off.

Cheers from Down Under

Sly...

Looking forward to picking these up next week (no net access over the weekend unfortunately).

In your first screenie, it is posed infront of a US coal stage. I have noticed that is not in the download pack for this release - is there any chance of a payware /freeware release of steam infrastructure assets (coal stage, water, large :D turntabel etc) ??

We have all these great steam locos etc comming through but no other assets to use with them

Thanks for sticking with the release of US materials after the 3900 tirades.

Cheers from Down Under

Hi Oz

Ah you read my mind.. If the Big Boy proves to be a worthwhile exercise a pack of Steam infrastucture will be released. :D

I may yet put in a non working coaling tower as a scenery item.

As regards keeping going after the Challenger treatment.. to be honest this was 3/4 built a year ago and is definatley a toe in the water job.

not long now :D
