The Amtrak timetables say they do still stop there it's Altoona, PA and is served by the Pennsylvanian.

At the same station? I thought that station was demoed and a new Amtrak station was built in a different location.

Ohh I get what you mean now. I thought you meant it did not stop in Altoona. You could be right about the new station being in a differant place as looking at it on google maps the currant station looks alot differant. I do not know much about US railways I just like the HSC route and thease NS trains.
